Dry fruits, also known as dried fruits, are fruits from which the majority of the original water content has been removed either naturally, through sun drying, or through specialized drying processes. This dehydration process extends the shelf life of the fruits and concentrates their flavors and nutrients. Common types of dry fruits include raisins, apricots, dates, figs, prunes, and various nuts such as almonds, walnuts, cashews, pistachios
